"2017 Annual Meeting on Power Transmission and Transformation & Work Meeting of Study Committees" was held in Dalian on October 21, 2017. The meeting was jointly hosted by Study Committee of Power Transformation of Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE), Study Committee of Power Transmission and Transformation Equipment of China Electrotechnical Society (CES), Study Committee of Electrotechnical Ceramics of CES, Committee of Power Capacitor of CES, Study Committee of High Capacity Test Technology of CES, and Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd. (XIHARI), co-organized by Dalian Insulator Group T&D Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Lingya Technology Co., Ltd., and media supported by the WeChat Official Account of "High Voltage Apparatus Information". 

Li Qin, Senior Engineer of Three Gorges Project Major Equipment Manufacturing Inspection Team of Three Gorges Project Construction Commission of the State Council, Zhang Lichao, Section Chief of the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Han Yi, Deputy Secretary General of CES, Zhou Ying, Director of CSEE, Wang Jiansheng, President of XIHARI, Yuan Fuxing, Vice President of XIHARI, and 226 representatives from 166 units across the country attended the meeting.
